1. Booking Cancellation Rules

We understand plans change. You may cancel your booked service subject to the following timeline:

• Cancellation More Than 2 Hours Before Slot: 100% Free Cancellation with zero penalty or deduction.
• Cancellation Within 2 Hours of Scheduled Slot: A nominal convenience fee of ₹100 may be charged to compensate the assigned service professional for travel and scheduling arrangements.
• Cancellation After Technician Arrival: If the professional arrives at your location and the service is declined without valid cause, a standard visiting inspection fee (₹150 - ₹200 depending on service category) applies.

Every service booked on City Heros comes with our City Heros Quality Assurance:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of repair or service provided, notify our support team within 48 hours of service completion. We will assign a senior professional to inspect and rework the issue completely free of charge. If the issue remains unresolved, a full refund for the service charge will be issued.

💳 4. Refund Timeline & Payment Methods

• Payment Mode: Approved refunds are initiated directly to the customer’s original UPI ID, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Bank Account.
• Processing Window: Refunds are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours and will reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business banking days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Bookings: For payments made directly in cash to the provider, refunds are resolved through UPI transfer upon verification by our support desk.

🚨 5. Emergency & Express Booking Cancellations

For priority emergency bookings where an emergency surcharge (+₹150) was applied, immediate dispatch of the nearest technician occurs within 10 minutes. Cancellation after dispatch will forfeit the emergency surcharge to cover priority travel expenses.
